His favorite place to vacation is Waikiki Beach, Hawaii, where he enjoys the beauty and relaxation of the island. When it comes to food, Bailey’s favorite meal is a classic steak, a reflection of his no-nonsense, straightforward approach to life.

With over 20 years of experience in the sales industry, Cody has proven himself as a dynamic leader and a true innovator. Starting his career in the retail sector, Cody successfully owned and operated multiple nutrition stores, where he honed his skills in customer service, business operations, and team leadership.

Cody’s passion for growth led him to the solar industry, where he made an immediate impact by installing over 300 residential solar systems in a remarkably short period of time. His rapid success in this field is a testament to his deep knowledge of sales, his ability to adapt to new industries, and his unwavering drive to deliver exceptional results.

In addition to his professional achievements, Cody is still currently active duty military, bringing a disciplined, mission-driven approach to everything he does. He is also a personal trainer and firearm instructor, which reflects his commitment to physical fitness, safety, and discipline.
